What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Manage the full life cycle recruiting process, including creating requisitions and job postings
Exceed recruiting metrics such as sourcing, interviewing, and hiring while ensuring compliance
Build strong relationships with hiring managers to understand team dynamics and business goals
Develop a recruiting brand and maintain a sourcing library of creative visual collateral
Establish and implement a yearly recruiting action plan, including budgeting and compensation parameters
What is Required (Qualifications):
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, Communications, Psychology, or a related field
Minimum of 3 years of full life cycle recruiting experience, preferably in sales/marketing
Strong written and verbal communication skills, including presentation capabilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (preferably Workday)
Ability to manage multiple recruitment plans and execute strategies in a fast-paced environment
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Agency/Search firm experience
Sales/Marketing recruitment experience
Ability to source "passive" candidates through direct sourcing
Demonstrated success in proactive recruiting, networking, and negotiating
Flexibility to work nights and weekends as needed
