Recruit, coach, and manage Sales Representatives for successful sales campaigns Collaborate with sales representatives to develop and maintain territory plans Maintain frequent communication with team members to grow revenue and oversee pipeline Ensure accurate CRM usage for tracking adoptions and forecasting customer needs Travel regularly to mentor team members and engage with customers What is Required (Qualifications)
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience from a four-year college or university Minimum of 10 years of successful consultative sales/business development experience Strong digital literacy and ability to sell online resources efficiently Excellent communication skills and leadership capabilities Strong knowledge of the educational market and State Adoption processes How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
