What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Recruit, coach, and manage all Sales Representatives for successful sales campaigns
Collaborate with sales representatives to develop and maintain territory plans and sales strategies
Maintain communication with sales representatives to drive revenue growth through territory plan reviews
Ensure accurate CRM usage for tracking adoptions and forecasting customer needs
Monitor key market trends and share insights with the region and leadership
What is Required (Qualifications)
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience from a four‑year college or university
10+ years of successful consultative sales/business development experience with a proven track record
Strong digital literacy and ability to sell online resources efficiently
Excellent communication skills and leadership capabilities
Strong knowledge of the educational market and State Adoption processes
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience in educational technology sales
Proven ability to mentor and develop sales teams
Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools
Established connections within the educational sectorExperience in working with diverse teams and stakeholders
