What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Recruit, coach, and manage Sales Representatives for successful sales campaigns

Collaborate with sales representatives to develop and maintain territory plans

Maintain communication with team members to grow revenue through pipeline oversight

Ensure accurate CRM maintenance for tracking adoptions and customer needs

Monitor market trends and share insights with the region and leadership

What is Required (Qualifications)

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience from a four-year college or university

10+ years of successful consultative sales/business development experience

Strong digital literacy with the ability to effectively sell online resources

Excellent communication skills and leadership capabilities

Strong knowledge of the educational market and State Adoption processes

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

Experience in the education technology sector

Proven ability to manage large sales teams effectively

Familiarity with CRM software and sales forecasting techniques

Experience with digital product sales and marketing strategies
