What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Recruit, coach, and manage Sales Representatives to achieve sales goals

Collaborate with sales representatives to develop and maintain territory plans

Monitor and review sales pipelines to grow revenue and predict customer needs

Ensure team members maintain accurate CRM records for forecasting and tracking

Share market insights with leadership and collaborate on sales strategies

What is Required (Qualifications)

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience from a four-year college or university

Minimum of 10 years of successful consultative sales/business development experience

Strong digital literacy and ability to sell online educational resources

Excellent communication skills and leadership capabilities

In-depth knowledge of the educational market and State Adoption processes

Proven track record in driving sales performance in the education sector

Experience with CRM systems and sales forecasting tools
