What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Recruit, coach, and manage Sales Representatives to achieve sales goals
Collaborate with sales representatives to develop and maintain territory plans
Maintain communication with team members to grow revenue through territory plan reviews
Ensure accurate CRM usage to track adoptions and forecast customer needs
Travel regularly to mentor team members and engage with customers
What is Required (Qualifications)
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience from a four-year college or university
Minimum of 10 years of successful consultative sales/business development experience
Strong digital literacy and ability to sell online resources effectively
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Strong knowledge of the educational market and State Adoption processes
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience in the education technology sector
Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and performance metrics
Familiarity with CRM systems and sales forecasting techniques
Ability to analyze market trends and provide insights to leadership
