What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Conduct outbound telesales calls to targeted customer accounts
Develop and maintain strong relationships with assigned customer accounts
Perform prospecting calls to recruit new customers
Access inventory and order entry systems to assist customers with product needs
Meet performance standards including call productivity and customer retention
What is Required (Qualifications)
1-2 years of experience in a selling role within a commission-based environment
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with customers
Excellent phone manner and active listening skills
Good mathematical and decision-making abilities
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and CRM software
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience in business administration, sales, or marketing
Proven ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Previous experience in a team-oriented environment
