Compensation - Your Effort = Your Earnings
* Base Salary: $35,000/year * Commission: 0.75% on all personal sales * Select Product Commission: Up to 7.5% on high-value products * Monthly Performance Bonuses for hitting key goals * Customer Satisfaction Bonuses for delivering great experiences * Top Performers regularly earn $55,000+ per year

What You'll Do
* Deliver outstanding customer service on every inbound call and online inquiry * Recommend moving services and products based on customer needs, cost, and availability * Provide accurate moving estimates and schedule moves using proprietary software * Handle customer concerns with professionalism, patience, and solution-oriented thinking * Prepare move-related documents and follow up to ensure customer satisfaction
What We're Looking For
* 1+ year of sales and/or customer service experience (required) * Inbound sales, call center, retail sales, or other sales-driven experience preferred
* Friendly, courteous, and genuinely helpful communication style * Strong active listening skills * Motivated by goals - you want to hit targets and exceed them * Excellent organizational and time-management abilities * Confident initiating customer conversations and comfortable asking for the sale * Detail-oriented with strong data-entry accuracy * Adaptable in a fast-paced, dynamic environment * Team player who thrives working with diverse people and personalities * Basic computer and keyboarding proficiency * Must pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen
