We’re partnered with a growing energy organisation in Atlanta that is investing heavily in Salesforce to modernise field operations, customer engagement, and internal workflow efficiency. This is a high-visibility project supporting a core transformation programme not just incremental system tweaks.
They need a
Business Analyst
who can translate complex operational processes into scalable Salesforce solutions.
What you’ll be doing:
Partnering with operations, field services, and commercial teams to gather and document requirements
Mapping current-state vs future-state processes across service, asset, and customer workflows
Working closely with Salesforce Admins and Developers to shape scalable solution design
Driving user story creation, backlog grooming, and sprint participation
Supporting UAT, stakeholder training, and adoption strategy
Acting as the bridge between technical teams and energy-sector business stakeholders
What makes this different: This is not a generic BA role. The energy environment brings complexity — regulatory oversight, asset-heavy operations, and field-based service models. The Salesforce platform is being leveraged to improve service response, asset visibility, and customer communication across multiple business units.
What they’re looking for:
Strong Salesforce Business Analyst experience (Sales or Service Cloud essential)
Proven track record delivering end-to-end Salesforce projects
Experience working in regulated or operationally complex industries (energy, utilities, infrastructure preferred)
Confident stakeholder engagement skills able and willing to challenge and influence
Based in Atlanta and comfortable working closely with delivery teams
