Lead the Daily Build Where Care Happens Superintendent - Healthcare Clark's Alpena office is seeking a Superintendent to lead field execution on healthcare projects across Northern Michigan - from surgical suites to phased hospital renovations.
This role exists because infection control, regulatory compliance, and operational continuity cannot fail. You'll coordinate work inside occupied facilities where safety and discipline are non-negotiable.

What You'll Do
Lead daily execution in occupied healthcare facilities
Coordinate phasing around clinical operations
Enforce ICRA and infection control protocols
Manage trade sequencing and schedule adherence
Maintain documentation and daily reporting
Conduct weekly trade coordination meetings
Drive quality closeout and inspection readiness
Build strong relationships with facility operations teams
What Success Looks Like In year one, you're delivering projects without disrupting patient care while maintaining strict compliance standards.
Over time, you're trusted with more complex clinical environments and mentoring field leaders in healthcare best practices.
What You'll Bring
5+ years as a Superintendent
Healthcare construction experience preferred
Strong MEP coordination capability
Deep understanding of infection control and phased work
Disciplined leadership in 24/7 environments
Commitment to safety and operational awareness
Proficiency with Phoenix, ProjectSight, Bluebeam
