The Role: As a Property Manager, you will oversee a stabilized portfolio of approximately 200 single‑family residential homes (average rent ~$2,500/month). You will lead a small team (2–3 direct reports), manage owner relationships, drive operational performance, and ensure compliance across your portfolio. This is a hybrid role designed for a confident leader who can balance financial oversight, team leadership, and high‑level communication with residents and owners.
What We’re Looking For:
3+ years of property management experience (single‑family preferred)
Proven leadership experience managing a team
Strong understanding of leasing, renewals, delinquency management, and tenant relations
Financial acumen with the ability to interpret owner statements and portfolio performance
Experience with AppFolio or similar property management software
Excellent communication, organization, and problem‑solving skills
Ability to manage a high‑volume portfolio with structure and efficiency
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university (required)
What You’ll Do:
Oversee and manage a portfolio of approximately 200 single‑family rental homes
Lead, mentor, and develop a team of 2–3 team members
Build and maintain strong relationships with residents and property owners
Monitor rent collection, delinquency, and overall portfolio financial performance
Coordinate maintenance and repairs to ensure timely, cost‑effective service
Conduct property inspections and ensure homes meet company standards
Develop strategies to maximize occupancy and rental income
Provide owners and investors with performance updates and reporting
Ensure full compliance with Fair Housing regulations and all applicable local, state, and federal laws
