Overview
We are seeking an experienced
Sales Support Hubspot Administrator
to support our inside and outside sales teams by optimizing, maintaining, and expanding our use of HubSpot. This role will serve as the central owner of our sales technology stack, ensuring data integrity, user adoption, and process efficiency. The ideal candidate combines technical proficiency in HubSpot with a strong understanding of sales operations, data stewardship, and process design.
Key Responsibilities
CRM Administration & Configuration
Serve as the primary administrator for
HubSpot CRM and Sales Hub .
Configure and maintain HubSpot modules, pipelines, properties, automations, workflows, reports, and dashboards.
Implement and document CRM processes, ensuring alignment with sales strategies and company objectives.
Lead integrations between HubSpot and external systems (ERP, marketing automation, quoting tools, etc.).
Sales Enablement & Process Optimization
Partner with sales leadership to define, implement, and continuously improve sales processes, including:
Lead capture and routing
Pipeline management
Deal stage definitions
Forecasting and reporting
Develop and deliver training and support materials for the sales team to ensure consistent and effective CRM use.
Collaborate with marketing, customer service, and IT teams to ensure seamless handoffs and data flow.
Data Stewardship & Reporting
Maintain CRM data quality through audits, deduplication, validation rules, and standardized field usage.
Monitor data entry practices and enforce CRM hygiene standards.
Generate and maintain sales reports and dashboards to track KPIs, pipeline health, and performance trends.
Ensure data compliance with company policies and relevant privacy regulations.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Act as the liaison between sales, marketing, and external HubSpot partners or consultants.
Evaluate and manage third‑party HubSpot tools or add‑ons to enhance productivity and insights.
Provide input on system scalability, enhancements, and roadmap planning.
Qualifications Required
3+ years of experience managing
HubSpot CRM and Sales Hub
(administration, customization, reporting).
Proven experience supporting
sales teams
and implementing CRM‑based sales processes.
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with a focus on data accuracy and process optimization.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to train and support users at all levels.
Familiarity with
pipeline management, lead lifecycle, reporting, and sales forecasting.
Preferred
HubSpot certifications (e.g., HubSpot Sales Software, HubSpot CRM Implementation, or Operations Hub certifications).
Experience with CRM data management and governance.
Understanding of
sales enablement tools
and integrations (e.g., ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or ERP connections).
Basic understanding of APIs, data import/export, and automation workflows.
Success in This Role Looks Like
