What You’ll Do As a

Customer Service Representative , you will serve as a trusted advocate for our customers while supporting sales and operational teams.

Key responsibilities include:

Deliver best-in-class service as a

Customer Advocate

Process customer orders via

phone, email, web, and fax

with high accuracy

Handle a

high volume of incoming calls

and respond to customer inquiries

Provide

product recommendations

based on job environment and industry needs

Support

Regional Sales Directors

with samples and account information

Prepare

quotations and follow up with customers

Process

RMA requests for returns and repairs

Maintain and update customer account information

Assist with special projects and team initiatives

Proactively follow up to ensure customer issues are fully resolved

Occasionally assist with the

main switchboard during receptionist breaks

Schedule Customer Service hours are

Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 6:00 PM

with staggered schedules.

Employees work one rotating late shift per week:

9:30 AM – 6:00 PM

Hybrid schedule becomes available after training.

What We’re Looking For We’re searching for a professional who is:

Fluent in English and Spanish

Passionate about

helping customers and solving problems

Highly organized and

detail-oriented

Comfortable handling

multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment

A strong communicator who builds trust with customers and teammates

Qualifications

5+ years of customer service or client relations experience

High school diploma or equivalent (Associate degree preferred)

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Strong Microsoft Office proficiency

Exceptional problem‑solving and organizational abilities

Ability to work independently and collaboratively with minimal supervision

Work Environment This position is primarily performed in a professional office environment and requires regular use of computers, phones, and email communication systems.
