Lagunas Roofing is a trusted roofing contractor known for quality workmanship, strong customer relationships, and a performance-driven culture. As we continue expanding in the Des Peres market, we are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Manager to lead, build, and elevate our residential roofing sales team. We have a well established office in Fairview Heights, IL. This role is ideal for a hands-on sales leader who enjoys coaching, developing talent, and driving team performance while maintaining strong collaboration with operations and production.
Position Overview The Sales Manager is responsible for recruiting, training, and developing a high-performing residential roofing sales team. This role requires strong leadership, field involvement, structured training execution, and disciplined CRM oversight.
You will set the tone for performance, culture, and accountability within the Des Peres office while helping drive consistent revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
Recruit, train, and develop new and existing sales representatives
Lead structured classroom training sessions for new hires
Provide hands‑on field coaching and conduct ride‑alongs
Set, track, and enforce sales KPIs and accountability metrics
Oversee estimating accuracy and proposal quality
Manage and monitor the team pipeline within AccuLynx
Ensure proper CRM usage and reporting discipline
Drive consistent revenue growth and performance improvements
Collaborate with production teams to ensure smooth project handoffs
Maintain a high-energy, performance-driven team culture
Qualifications
3–5 years of experience managing a sales team (roofing or exterior construction preferred)
Proven experience training new sales representatives in both classroom and field environments
Strong estimating experience in residential roofing or exterior construction projects
AccuLynx experience strongly preferred
Demonstrated ability to build scalable sales processes and accountability systems
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Ability to climb ladders and perform roof inspections when necessary
Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
