Associate Director, Performance & Reporting Analytics‑PHARMA
professional! In this role you will be measuring and optimizing the effectiveness of all of the field‑based teams. This role partners closely with senior leadership to define the analytics and insights strategy, identify key data sources, and deliver actionable recommendations that drive strategic decision‑making and maximize field impact.
Key Responsibilities
Partner with senior leaders to define an insights agenda and identify relevant data sources to track performance and impact.
Deliver clear, actionable analytics to leadership teams.
Develop and maintain performance dashboards and reporting tools to monitor key metrics and trends.
Conduct deep‑dive analyses on market dynamics, competitive landscapes, and customer needs to guide strategy and planning.
Collaborate across functions to ensure analytics align with broader business objectives.
Provide training and support to field‑based teams to enhance their understanding and utilization of analytics tools and methodologies.
Continuously evaluate and improve analytics processes to increase efficiency, scalability, and impact.
Requirements
BA degree / MA degree desired.
7–10 years in pharmaceutical/biotech analytics, KPI development, measurement, and forecasting.
Proven expertise in managing both qualitative and quantitative analytics projects.
Strong background in advanced analytics, including statistical modeling, multi‑variate analysis, and scenario planning.
Proficiency with data visualization and analytics tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Excel, Python).
Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills, with the ability to create compelling visual presentations.
Experience with Business Intelligence tools and programming languages (SQL) preferred.
