Director, Forecasting My client is seeking Director of Forecasting to guide the vision, strategy, and execution of forecasting across a broad portfolio of in-line and pipeline assets. In this highly visible role, you will oversee a team that delivers clear, objective performance projections used to shape commercial, financial, and operational decisions globally. You’ll work across functions – Marketing, Finance, Manufacturing, Pricing, and more – to pressure-test assumptions, bring forward data-driven perspectives, and ensure forecasts reflect both analytical rigor and business reality.
Beyond leading day-to-day forecasting work, you will build a cohesive, high-performing team and champion a culture of continuous improvement. You’ll elevate forecasting capabilities through training, adoption of modern tools and techniques, and close partnership with CD&A colleagues across Market Research, Competitive Intelligence, Analytics, and Data. As a trusted advisor to senior therapeutic area leaders, you’ll help guide long-term strategy by translating complex market dynamics into intuitive, decision-ready insights.
Requirements
Pharma experience is a must with 8+ yrs in forecasting or commercial insights
MA degree is desired
4+ years of people or project leadership
Strong executive communication and influencing skills
Proven ability to manage complex initiatives
Forward-thinking approach to methodologies and technology
