We are seeking an experienced and motivated
Human Resources Director
to lead our HR operations. If you are passionate about people, compliance, and fostering a positive workplace culture, we want to hear from you! Key Responsibilities:
Payroll Management:
Assist in payroll preparation and process all facility payroll after verification. Address employee questions and resolve payroll discrepancies.
Recruitment & Onboarding:
Schedule and conduct interviews for open positions, complete new hire paperwork, and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements.
Employee Relations & Compliance:
Maintain accurate employee personnel files, provide support on FMLA requests, and ensure compliance with federal and state regulations.
Administrative Support:
Answer HR-related inquiries, maintain organized records, and support the HR department as needed.
Qualifications:
Education:
High school diploma or GED required.
Experience:
At least 6 months to 1 year of progressive full-time HR experience, preferably in a healthcare setting.
Skills & Competencies:
Customer Service:
Strong ability to build relationships at all levels and deliver high-quality HR support.
Technology Proficiency:
Experience with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Communication:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively across all levels of the organization.
Problem-Solving:
Ability to think critically, resolve issues, and adapt to changing priorities.
Organization & Attention to Detail:
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
Team Player:
Collaborative mindset with the ability to work independently when needed.
