Personal Lines Account Manager

Compensation Package

Salary Range: $40,000 - $60,000 annually (higher compensation available for candidates with exceptional skills and reliability).

Benefits: While no formal benefits are offered, a stipend or salary adjustment can be provided to cover premiums if needed.

Work Arrangement: Open to hybrid, fully remote, or onsite work.

Responsibilities

Manage and service a book of personal lines insurance accounts.

Quote and write new business policies.

Handle policy renewals and ensure timely follow-ups with clients.

Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.

Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and achieve shared goals.

Utilize HawkSoft software for account management and documentation.

Qualifications / Requirements

Experience: Entry-level candidates are welcome, though experience in personal lines insurance, particularly in an independent agency setting, is preferred.

Skills: Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.

Software Proficiency: Familiarity with HawkSoft or similar insurance management software is a plus.

Work Ethic: Dependability and a proactive approach to managing responsibilities are essential.

Flexibility: Ability to adapt to a dynamic work environment and collaborate effectively with a small team.
