NuCara Home Medical is seeking a full‑time Customer Service Representative for our
Coralville, IA
location. The store hours are 9:00 am to 5:30 pm.

What We Do Responsibilities include in‑person customer service, answering phones, verifying insurance, ordering products, performing equipment set‑ups in store, communicating with healthcare professionals, and insurance billing. Drug test and criminal background check are required. This position requires participation in a telephone‑based on‑call rotation with some evening and weekend hours.
Who Should Apply Successful candidates must possess exceptional customer service, computer, and organizational skills. As an accredited company, NuCara Home Medical requires successful completion of all required pre‑employment screenings prior to starting employment. For the CSR position the required screenings include a criminal background check, OIG Exclusions List screening, drug screening, and driving record check.
Job Type Full‑time
Pay From $18.00 per hour depending on experience
