This is a full-time on-site role for a Construction Superintendent, based in Saratoga Springs, NY. The Construction Superintendent will oversee daily site operations, ensure compliance with safety regulations, manage project timelines, and coordinate with subcontractors and project teams. Responsibilities also include monitoring project budgets, resolving challenges, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality results that align with project specifications and standards. Qualifications

Experience in Construction Site Management, including overseeing daily operations and ensuring project progress Proficiency in implementing and enforcing Construction Safety protocols to ensure a secure working environment Strong Organization Skills to manage schedules, tasks, and teams effectively Expertise in Budgeting and financial planning to ensure cost-effective project management Proven ability in Project Management, including coordinating subcontractors and maintaining timelines Excellent leadership and decision-making abilities Familiarity with construction regulations and building codes Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field preferred
