About Sabio Sabio is a CTV advertising leader that transforms mobile app behavior into household-level targeting at scale. Powered by 80 million validated households and creator-led inventory, we deliver evidence-based audiences, engaged reach, and measurable impact. Founded in 2014 by veterans in the mobile and TV industries, Sabio has offices in Los Angeles, New York, Detroit, Chicago, and Toronto.
Job Description This role will own events and experiential marketing strategy and execution, with a primary focus on driving brand awareness, pipeline, and meaningful audience engagement across industry tradeshows, client dinners, and experiential activations. This is a hands-on individual contributor role for someone who can think strategically, manage logistics end-to-end, and proactively identify sponsorship and experiential opportunities that create lasting impressions with clients, prospects, and audiences.
This role will report directly to the Director of Marketing and partner closely with marketing, leadership, and original content teams.
Duties & Responsibilities
Own end-to-end events and experiential strategy and execution across tradeshows, client dinners, owned events, and brand activations, ensuring each program delivers against defined business objectives
Conceptualize and produce proprietary-owned events from the ground up, including agenda development, speaker programming, audience acquisition, and on-site experience
Partner with our original content network and studio to develop immersive experiential activations that bring our IP to life, deepening audience connection and driving awareness for our content slate
Manage the events and activations calendar and prioritize sponsorship opportunities based on audience fit, pipeline potential, and brand alignment
Lead all logistical planning, including venue sourcing, vendor management, contract negotiation, booth production, and on-site coordination
Own the events and experiential budget, tracking spend across all programs and optimizing for efficiency and ROI
Build and maintain relationships with external vendors, event organizers, and sponsors to secure favorable terms and high-value opportunities
Define and report on performance metrics across events and experiential programs, using data to continuously improve and inform future investment decisions
Must-Have Qualifications
4–6 years of experience in events marketing, experiential marketing, or a related field
Proven track record owning event logistics end-to-end, from planning through on-site execution and post-event reporting
Experience managing multiple programs simultaneously across different event types and formats
Strong project management skills with exceptional attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Experience owning and managing an events budget with a track record of delivering programs on time and on budget
Excellent cross-functional communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with sales, marketing, and leadership teams
Ability to travel for events and activations as needed
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in ad tech, media, streaming, or entertainment
Background in experiential marketing with a focus on brand activations and immersive audience experiences
Familiarity with original content, studio, or creator economy environments
Experience producing owned events from scratch, including programming and audience development
Existing relationships with vendors, venues, and event organizers
Success Profile The ideal candidate is an energetic, detail-obsessed marketer who sees events and experiential as a powerful brand-building tool, not just a logistics exercise. They are equally comfortable developing a big-picture activation concept and managing the vendor call the next morning. They bring a hospitality mindset to every touchpoint, obsess over audience experience, and thrive in fast-moving environments where they can build programming and experiences from scratch. They are collaborative by nature and take ownership without being asked.
