Job Description
Sabio is seeking a fractional consulting engagement for a senior PR professional to own the PR strategy and execution for Creator TV, with a primary focus on driving awareness, credibility, and viewership. We are looking for someone who can think strategically, move quickly, and proactively identify opportunities to tell compelling stories in the entertainment and creator economy space — without needing a lot of direction or structure to do it.
This engagement will be led in close collaboration with the Director of Marketing and our marketing, leadership, and original content teams.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute a PR strategy focused on Creator TV awareness, viewership growth, and brand credibility
Build and maintain relationships with entertainment, creator economy, and media industry press, including relevant trade publications
Proactively pitch stories, identify coverage opportunities, and secure earned media that aligns with business and audience goals
Own the creation and evolution of Creator TV press materials, including press kits, messaging, and media briefs
Identify opportunities around launches, events, original programming, partnerships, and talent to drive press coverage
Act as a strategic thought partner to the team by identifying what stories matter, where they should live, and why
Coordinate press outreach around key moments rather than reacting only to requested press releases
Track performance and impact of PR efforts using agreed-upon KPIs such as coverage quality, relevance, and audience engagement
Qualifications
5+ years of PR experience, ideally within entertainment, media, streaming, digital content, or creator-focused businesses
Strong existing relationships with relevant entertainment and media trade outlets
Proven ability to independently develop and execute PR strategies, not just manage tasks
Experience pitching stories and securing earned media in competitive environments
Strong writing and storytelling skills, including press releases and media narratives
Comfortable operating in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment with limited structure
Preferred Experience
Experience working with creator-led brands, FAST channels, streaming platforms, or digital media companies
Background in both strategy and execution, either in-house or at an agency where you owned client outcomes
Experience supporting launches, original content, or live events from a PR perspective
