Job Description

The Director of Sales Analytics & Operations provides the executive leadership team, CFO and the CEO with the actionable data insights and operational oversight necessary to drive commercial strategy. This role bridges the gap between finance and sales, overseeing the revenue forecasting process and ensuring the data integrity and pipeline hygiene in Salesforce. You will serve as a strategic partner to Sales leadership, translating complex data into clear, high-level narratives for executive decision-making.

Essential Duties and responsibilities

  • Provide the CEO, CFO and sales leadership with actionable insights and analytics to inform commercial and operational strategies.
  • Oversee the end-to-end revenue forecasting process, working in close collaboration with Sales VPs to ensure accuracy and accountability, and support our multi-country footprint.
  • Rigorously track and analyze the Salesforce pipeline to identify trends, bottlenecks, and opportunities for conversion improvement.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Operational teams to identify performance KPIs and create automated reports and dashboards to track them.
  • Build and maintain sophisticated analysis, models, and dashboards to support economic optimization and performance management.
  • Conduct research on industry trends and competitive dynamics to support long-term strategic planning.
  • Evaluate the economic and operational impact of new products, initiatives, and sales strategies through fact-based ROI measurement.
  • Compile and communicate findings to the CEO, Finance leadership, and other stakeholders via high-impact visual presentations and written reports.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Math, Science, Engineering, Finance, or related field.
  • 8+ years of relevant business experience, with at least 5+ years of direct sales analytics experience.
  • Advanced proficiency in Salesforce (SFDC) for pipeline tracking and reporting.
  • Strong business intuition and the ability to build consensus across matrixed, cross‑functional teams.
  • Ability to work in an ambiguous, fast‑paced environment and respond quickly to new information or unexpected market changes.
  • Ability to travel 10–20% of working time to support our global sales offices.

Preferred Qualifications

  • MBA Degree or Management Consulting experience.
  • Experience with Adtech, MarTech or SaaS industries.
  • Experience writing SQL queries and scripting languages such as Python or R.
  • Working understanding of statistical methods for data analysis.
