Healio is hiring: Senior Multimedia Designer in Thorofare

If you’re a designer who thinks in motion, tells bold visual stories, and loves blending creativity with digital innovation, we want to meet you. The Role As a Senior Multimedia Designer, you’ll help define how the Healio brand looks, moves, and comes to life. You’ll lead multimedia creative across video, motion, brand, product, campaign, social, and AI initiatives. From landing pages and emails to social graphics, ads, and presentations, you’ll create standout digital assets and turn briefs into smart, cross-channel campaign ideas. You’ll collaborate closely with creative leadership, designers, and partners across Marketing, Analytics, and Audience teams—using performance insights to push the work even further. What You Bring You have 5–8+ years of experience in multimedia, motion, digital, or video design, with expert Adobe Creative Cloud skills (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop) and working HTML/CSS knowledge. Your portfolio shows strong motion design, video storytelling, and modern campaign work. You’re confident presenting ideas, collaborating cross-functionally, and juggling multiple projects without losing momentum. Bonus Points Experience with AI-powered creative tools, UX/UI principles, scalable design systems or motion libraries, and healthcare or scientific brands. The annual base salary for this position is $67,000 to $77,000. Placement within this range is determined by a variety of factors, including but not limited to, knowledge, skills, education, years and level of experience, and equity with internal team members.
