About the Role

This includes creating and delivering leadership messaging, managing media relations, and ensuring consistent and engaging communication across all channels. The role also involves budget optimization, serving as a trusted advisor on the company's voice and values, and leading a team of communication professionals. Applicants for the Vice President of Communications and Public Relations role at the company should have a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, with a Master’s degree preferred, and 10-15 years of experience in corporate communications, including at least 5 years in a senior leadership position. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in both internal and external communications, strong writing and storytelling skills, and experience in crisis communications. They must be a collaborative leader, capable of managing a team and fostering cross-functional partnerships.
