THE ROLE
This is a dynamicPayroll & HR Specialist position supporting both US and international payroll while partnering closely with HR on daily operations, onboarding, benefits, and employee support. This role is ideal for someone who is hands‑on, detail‑oriented, and excited to own key HR and payroll processes in a fast‑paced, global environment. Key responsibilities include: Manage end‑to‑end payroll for US employees and coordinate European payroll with external vendors Ensure payroll accuracy, compliance, and timely execution across multiple jurisdictions Maintain payroll records, employee data, and compensation changes within the HRIS Review and process bonuses, deductions, benefits adjustments, and equity‑related items Support HR with onboarding/offboarding to ensure seamless payroll and data transitions Assist with benefits administration, including enrollments, changes, and employee inquiries Act as a first point of contact for employee questions related to payroll, benefits, and HR policies Partner with Accounting on payroll reporting, reconciliations, and month‑end close Ensure compliance with US federal, state, and local tax regulations; assist with global compliance requirements Support annual processes such as open enrollment, audits, merit cycles, and policy updates Participate in HR and payroll projects, including process improvements and system enhancements THE CANDIDATE
The ideal candidate is a polished, reliable, and highly detail‑oriented professional who enjoys being the go‑to resource for both payroll and HR matters. They balance accuracy with strong communication skills and bring a proactive, service‑oriented mindset. This person thrives in a small team where they can take ownership, collaborate across the business, and wear multiple hats. 3+ years of experience in payroll and HR operations Strong understanding of US payroll laws and multi‑state taxation; international exposure a plus Experience with HRIS and payroll systems; strong proficiency in Excel Strong communication skills and ability to support employees with clarity and professionalism High attention to detail with the ability to identify and resolve discrepancies Strong judgment, discretion, and ability to handle sensitive matters Bachelor’s degree needed with a 3.5 GPA Minimum A positive, engaging personality with an eagerness to learn, grow, and contribute THE COMPENSATION/BENEFITS
Target salary:
$135,000–$150,000 (depending on experience) Schedule:
5 days in office (Dallas, TX) Bonuses:
Two discretionary bonuses per year Benefits:
