What to Expect

Develop a sales plan to achieve PET foams sales targets in Non-Wind Markets

Analyze competitors’ products and cost structures to strategically increase sales and market penetration

Establish and maintain relationships with major PET Foams customers, assessing their product needs

Identify new business opportunities and evaluate the effectiveness of new and existing products

Provide the Logistics team with sales forecasts for accurate production planning

What is Required (Qualifications)

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Technical Field, or Management preferred

Minimum of 3-5 years of progressive technical sales experience in a manufacturing environment

Proven experience in developing effective relationships and delivering profitable growth

Must possess a valid driver’s license and willingness to travel 50% of the time or as needed

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

Experience in the insulation or manufacturing industry

Strong analytical skills and ability to conduct market analysis

Background in sales forecasting and budget management

Familiarity with trade associations and industry networking
