Responsibilities
Develop sales plans to achieve PET foams sales targets in Non-Wind Markets
Analyze competitors’ products and cost structures to leverage strategic advantages in sales
Establish and maintain relationships with major PET Foams customers and assess their product needs
Provide sales forecasts to the Logistics team for accurate production planning
Implement and monitor the sales organization expense budget
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Technical Field, or Management preferred
Minimum of 3-5 years of progressive technical sales experience in a manufacturing environment
Proven ability to develop effective relationships and deliver profitable growth
Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel 50% of the time or as needed
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in the insulation or foam industry
Familiarity with market analysis and sales strategy development
Strong negotiation and communication skills
Previous involvement in trade associations related to the industry
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
