What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Develop and execute sales plans to achieve PET foams sales targets in Non-Wind Markets

Analyze competitors’ products and pricing structures to strategically increase market penetration

Maintain continuous contact with customers to introduce new and improved products

Identify new business opportunities and evaluate the effectiveness of existing products

Collaborate with the Logistics team to provide accurate sales forecasts for production planning

What is Required (Qualifications)

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Technical Field, or Management preferred

Minimum of 3-5 years of progressive technical sales experience in a manufacturing environment

Proven ability to develop effective relationships and drive profitable growth

Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel 50% of the time or as needed

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

Experience in the insulation or manufacturing industry

Familiarity with market analysis and strategic sales planning

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Previous involvement with trade associations

Ability to adapt sales strategies based on market trends
