What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Develop sales plans to achieve PET foams sales targets in Non-Wind Markets

Analyze competitors’ products and cost structures to enhance sales and market penetration

Establish and maintain relationships with major PET foams customers and assess their product needs

Monitor pricing deviations and policies, ensuring competitiveness in the market

Collaborate with the Logistics team to provide sales forecasts for accurate production planning

What is Required (Qualifications)

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Technical Field, or Management preferred

Minimum of 3‑5 years of progressive technical sales experience in a manufacturing environment

Proven ability to develop effective relationships and deliver profitable growth

Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel 50% of the time or as needed

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

Experience in developing strategic and tactical plans for market penetration

Familiarity with trade associations relevant to the insulation industry

Track record of implementing and monitoring sales organization expense budgets

Previous experience working closely with business development teams

Knowledge of logistics and production planning processes
