Our company, a prominent player in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a dedicated and motivated Regional Sales Manager to join our team. This is a full-time, permanent, remote position that offers an exciting opportunity to spearhead our sales efforts. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in B2B sales, specifically in the manufacturing sector, and will be responsible for driving sales growth within their assigned region. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive sales growth in the assigned area. Manage, nurture and grow relationships with key customers and potential customers. Conduct regular sales forecasts and performance updates to senior management. Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs. Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of competition status. Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve optimal performance. Conduct regular training sessions to improve product knowledge and sales techniques. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service. Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media. Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits. Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or relevant field. A minimum of 5 years’ experience in a sales management role, preferably in the manufacturing industry. Proven sales experience, meeting or exceeding targets. Previous experience in hand tool sales, B2B sales, cold calling, outside sales, account management, prospecting, territory sales, enterprise sales, and direct sales. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated and driven with a track record in meeting sales targets. Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite. Ability to understand and analyze sales performance metrics. Solid customer service attitude with excellent negotiation skills. Strong decision-making abilities. Must be able to work in a remote setting and manage a team virtually. Ability to travel as needed to meet with clients and prospects.
