What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Collaborate with stakeholders and clients to identify Business Intelligence needs and deliver actionable data and insights
Analyze data to uncover trends, quality issues, and completeness
Write complex SQL queries and optimize SQL performance
Develop and implement data structures, functions, and reporting methods
Communicate findings and insights clearly to business unit leadership
What is Required (Qualifications)
Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience
Advanced SQL skills
Experience in the healthcare industry, including knowledge of trends and terminology
Proven ability to solve complex problems using data analysis
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience with data visualization tools such as Looker or Tableau
Bachelor’s Degree in a technology or statistics-related field
Strong knowledge of statistics with the ability to explain concepts in non-technical terms
Demonstrated success in building trusted relationships with clients and stakeholders
