Licensed Property & Casualty and/or Personal Lines Sales Representative
in Phoenix, AZ! In this role, you’ll educate clients, provide quotes, and sell insurance products including auto, home, and umbrella coverage—all while enjoying hybrid flexibility and a supportive team environment. What We Offer $21-24/hr pay increase for bilingual candidates Monthly uncapped variable compensation plan (average $2,000/mo but could be up to $7,000/mo for top performers) ️
All equipment provided for remote work Training Hybrid Schedule
M-F8:30am-5:00pm MST. (M-W in office, Th-F at home). Post Training -
Hybrid Shifts in between 6am-5:30pm MST. Comprehensive benefits package starting Day One
(medical, dental, vision, 401k, and more) Responsibilities Quote and sell auto, homeowners, and umbrella insurance policies Build and maintain strong client relationships Collect and update customer information Attend required training, meetings, and one-on-ones Meet or exceed sales and quality goals Qualifications Active P&C and/or Personal Lines license in your state of residence Maintain CE credits to keep license active High-speed internet with ability to hard wire Strong attention to detail Ability to multitask across multiple systems/screens Clear communication of insurance concepts and coverages Why Join Us?
