We are looking for a motivated, organized, and dependable licensed Personal Lines Account Manager to join our dynamic and fast‑paced boutique insurance team. With a strong emphasis on collaboration, our women‑led, women‑owned agency prides itself on delivering exceptional service within a friendly and supportive work environment. Candidates should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in the field.
Responsibilities
Manage personal lines accounts, including auto, home, and umbrella coverage.
Provide exemplary customer service by answering phones, assisting walk‑in clients, and addressing inquiries.
Handle endorsements, process payments, and review policy renewals.
Generate quotes and assist in writing new business, including remarketing to partner carriers.
Demonstrate strong problem‑solving skills and a positive, can‑do attitude while working independently and as part of a team.
Qualifications
Property and Casualty insurance license.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in personal lines.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Familiarity with RMV procedures and required documentation.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Is proficient with the Agency Management System (AMS 360).
