Job Roles and Responsibilities
Manage and service a portfolio of personal lines insurance accounts as the primary client contact. Respond promptly to client inquiries via phone and email with accurate information and solutions. Process policy endorsements, renewals, and cancellations efficiently and accurately. Review client insurance needs and recommend appropriate coverage adjustments or additional products. Maintain strong relationships with clients through proactive communication and excellent service. Ensure accurate documentation and account management within insurance agency management systems. Stay updated on insurance regulations, market changes, and company products. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client service and policy management. Qualifications and Certifications
Active Property and Casualty License. Minimum of five years of experience in personal lines insurance account management or a similar role. Experience working with insurance agency management systems such as Applied Epic or similar platforms. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Bilingual abilities in Spanish or other languages are considered an advantage. Professional designations such as ACSR or PLIC are preferred. Benefits
