Job Summary Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns to promote the casino, hotel, and dining experiences.

Collaborate on social media content creation, scheduling, and engagement strategies.

Support email marketing initiatives, including drafting, editing, and analyzing campaign performance.

Contribute to the planning and execution of promotional events and activities.

Monitor and analyze marketing data to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and recommend improvements.

Assist in the creation of marketing materials such as flyers, brochures, and digital content.

Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.

Participate in meetings and brainstorming sessions to develop innovative marketing strategies.

Qualifications:

Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.

Strong interest in marketing within the hospitality, gaming, or entertainment industry.

Creative thinking and a keen eye for detail.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with social media platforms.

Basic knowledge of design tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar software (preferred).

Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data effectively.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
