Job Summary The Corporate Social Media Marketing Manager will report to the Director of Social Strategy. This role is responsible for creating and assisting with organic content for the above listed brands and sub-brands within. This position is fully integrated within the corporate communications organization and will be exposed to the positioning of various Caesars Entertainment brands across multiple platforms. How You Will Create the Extraordinary

Leads the social marketing strategy and execution for select Las Vegas properties inclusive of content creation, editing, and distribution across multiple platforms to grow audiences, awareness, and engagement.

Creates original social content and partners with internal teams and external production vendors to produce tailored content for key social platforms.

Co‑lead content planning with Social Strategy Director and maintain editorial calendar to keep content fresh, accurate, and up‑to‑date.

Audit and maintain standards/guidelines on brand tone, voice, and content pillars to maintain consistency with ongoing content efforts.

Develops actionable insights based on content analytics to drive ongoing optimization of social media strategy.

Provides strategic support for enterprise‑wide initiatives and campaigns to ensure that execution is best‑in‑class and engagement is authentic.

Collaborates with other departments such as Marketing, F&B, Gaming, and other key players to produce and execute content.

Complies with process and governance with the usage of social media publishing and analytics tools.

Assists with moderation of UGC in line with Caesars Entertainment’s expectations and policies.

Assists with influencer marketing initiatives that include identification, negotiation, and oversight of hosted experiences.

Facilitates administrative duties for enterprise technology solutions such as Sprout Social and Meta Business Manager.

Delivers work on or before deadline.

Covers events and activations as needed.

Must have a positive attitude and the flexibility to work with several departments and personalities at all levels of the organization.

What You Will Need

Bachelor’s degree in related field and/or equivalent work experience required.

Candidates should be self‑motivated; detail‑oriented, and prioritize multiple tasks.

Strong mobile camera skills, with an eye for lighting, framing, and composition.

Proficiency in mobile video editing software such as CapCut, with additional working knowledge of Canva.

Excellent written skills with the ability to adapt and represent a variety of brand voices.

Other desired skills include time management skills, critical thinking, problem‑solving, and presentation skills.

Adobe Photoshop, Premiere, and Lightroom experience is a plus.

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS

Must be able to maneuver to all areas of the casino, from property to property.

Must be able to perform physical job duties of line employees in emergency situations.

Must be able to respond calmly and make rational decisions when handling guest and employee conflicts.

Must be able to work at a fast pace and in stressful situations.

Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English.

Must be able to respond to visual and oral cues.
