What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Provide consulting expertise on complex Absence and Disability Management projects
Serve as the primary contact for clients, managing project plans and deliverables
Oversee day-to-day project management, ensuring alignment with objectives and quality standards
Develop trusted advisor relationships with internal stakeholders and clients
Contribute to the creation of new tools, approaches, and industry-relevant publications
What is Required (Qualifications):
BA/BS degree in a related field
5-10 years of experience in designing/managing group disability and absence management plans
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and produce quality deliverables on time
Strong interpersonal skills and experience in client relationship management
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Salesforce
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Experience in training or mentoring junior staff
Strong background in disability insurance and absence management
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial culture
Knowledge of compliance and quality assurance protocols in leave/disability administration
Demonstrated success in growing client relationships
