Provide inbound and outbound customer support using a call flow guide Persuade customers to consider additional products and/or services Build client relationships and find new ways to retain customers Track, document, and retrieve information in databases Deliver expert customer experiences with a positive attitude What is Required (Qualifications)
Minimum of 3 months of soft sales experience (upselling/recommending products or services) Basic understanding of upselling, persuasion, and relationship building High school diploma or GED Strong computer navigation skills and proficiency in fast-paced multi-tasking Must reside in the United States and have a valid U.S. address for residence How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
