What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Provide inbound and outbound customer support using a call flow guide
Ask probing questions to understand customer needs and persuade them to consider additional products and/or services
Build client relationships and find new ways to retain customers
Track, document, and retrieve information in databases
Deliver expert customer experiences in every interaction
What is Required (Qualifications)
Minimum of 3 months of soft sales experience (upselling/recommending products or services)
Basic understanding of upselling, persuasion, and strong communication skills
Open availability and a high school diploma or GED
Ability to work in a quiet, distraction-free environment at home
Strong computer navigation skills and proficiency in fast-paced multi-tasking
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience in telemarketing or customer service roles
Familiarity with various technologies and eagerness to learn new systems
Previous experience working in a remote setting
