Provide inbound and outbound customer support using a call flow guide Ask probing questions to understand customer needs Persuade customers to consider additional products and services Track, document, and retrieve customer information in databases Deliver expert customer experiences with a positive attitude What is Required (Qualifications):

Minimum of 3 months of soft sales experience (upselling/recommending products or services, telemarketing, etc.) High school diploma or GED Strong communication and relationship-building skills Ability to work in a quiet, distraction-free environment Proficiency in fast-paced multi-tasking and strong computer navigation skills How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
