What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Provide inbound and outbound customer support using a call flow guide
Ask probing questions to understand customer needs and persuade them to consider additional products and services
Build client relationships and find new ways to retain customers
Track, document, and retrieve information in databases
Deliver exceptional customer experiences with a positive attitude
What is Required (Qualifications)
Minimum of 3 months of soft sales experience (upselling or telemarketing)
Basic understanding of upselling, persuasion, and communication skills
Must have a high school diploma or GED
Strong computer navigation skills and proficiency in multitasking
Must reside in the United States with a valid U.S. address for residence
