Engage Health Care Professionals (HCPs) through telephone and virtual meetings to promote assigned client products
Manage daily sales call activity to influence customers and increase product sales
Develop and implement business plans to achieve territory and sales goals
Maintain thorough knowledge of client products and program requirements
Ensure compliance with all laws, regulations, and company policies
What is Required (Qualifications):
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution
Minimum of 1 to 2 years of life science or related sales experience
Proven track record of consistent sales success
Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and digital meeting platforms
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Strong clinical acumen and learning agility
Experience in managing relationships with healthcare professionals
Ability to comprehend and communicate complex technical/medical terminology
Strong organizational and planning skills
Flexibility to cover multiple time zones as needed
