Engage Health Care Professionals (HCPs) through telephone and virtual meetings to promote assigned client products
Manage daily sales call activity to influence customers and increase product sales
Create and implement business plans to achieve territory and business sales goals
Maintain thorough knowledge of client products and program requirements
Verify and complete required data entry in CRM systems, including call activity and follow-up actions
What is Required (Qualifications)
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution
Minimum of 1 to 2 years of life science or related sales experience
Proven record of consistent sales success
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously with strong organizational skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Strong clinical acumen and learning agility
Proven ability to build rapport and actively listen to customer needs
Demonstrated technical aptitude and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and digital meeting platforms
Flexibility to cover multiple time zones as needed
