We are seeking a talented Senior Product Architect to enhance our growing team. The Senior Product Architect plays a pivotal role in supporting the Sales team throughout the sales cycle by understanding clients' overall technology direction. This position involves leveraging deep technical expertise to craft optimal solutions tailored to the specific needs of our clients. Areas of focus include cloud services, data center solutions, networking, virtualization, security, and business continuity technologies. In this position, you will also mentor and guide junior Product Architects, ensuring the delivery of superior products and services. Key Responsibilities Manage a robust opportunity pipeline alongside Sales Account Executives, serving as a key technical resource. Participate in customer meetings, effectively communicating technical details to both technical staff and business leaders ranging from systems administrators to CIOs. Assess and analyze customer needs to propose the best solutions. Engage actively in technical sales presentations, guiding the consultative sales process.

Provide insights and thought leadership by translating customer business goals into actionable technology solutions. Focus on creating and implementing the Product Architecture through presentations, demonstrations, and detailed documentation of deliverables while considering factors such as efficiency, flexibility, scalability, reliability, and availability.

Collaborate with other technical experts to devise the most appropriate solution, integrating a careful mix of hardware, software, and services. Document requirements thoroughly and develop a comprehensive bill of materials (BOM) for proposed solutions. Assist in proposal development and present solutions directly to prospects, while coordinating with vendor partners to enhance business efforts.

Maintain long-term account relationships, offering consistent advice and identifying further opportunities. Monitor solution implementation from sales through service delivery, ensuring customer satisfaction.

Support the Professional Services team in developing statements of work and facilitating project tasks.

Qualifications 5 to 10 years of experience in designing solutions, planning implementations, and deploying Cisco and other multi-vendor networking solutions.

Proficient in project planning, estimating levels of effort, and creating deployment and test plans.

Extensive experience as a Cisco Enterprise Infrastructure Route Switch and Data Center Engineer.

Familiarity with Python scripting for automating Cisco device configurations.

Knowledge of Cisco's security portfolio, including ISE, Zero Trust, Firepower, Umbrella, AMP, and email security is advantageous.

Expertise in data center and enterprise networking technologies such as NXOS, ACI, intent-based networking, DNA, and SD-WAN.

Possession of CCIE Certification is required.

Compensation The starting annual salary for this role ranges from $123,000 to $165,000, influenced by factors such as geography, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate. Additional Compensation:
