We are seeking an experienced Residential Plumber to join a long‑established, family‑owned residential service company serving Jefferson County and the surrounding area. This position is focused on diagnostic‑based service work in occupied homes. The right candidate works independently, communicates clearly with homeowners, and takes pride in delivering quality workmanship the first time. This is stable, year‑round residential service work within a structured dispatch system and a 50‑mile service radius.

Requirements & Qualifications
5+ years of residential plumbing service experience
Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting ability in occupied homes
Experience servicing and replacing tank and tankless water heaters
Experience with expansion tanks, PRVs, and gas piping diagnostics and repair
Experience performing sewer and drain diagnostics
Ability to troubleshoot pressure issues and water hammer
Knowledge of plumbing codes and permit requirements
Clean driving record
Ability to lift 75 lbs
Professional communication skills with homeowners
Must Haves
Independently manage a daily residential service schedule within a 50‑mile radius
Accurately document work orders, estimates, and job notes using service management software
Maintain low call‑back ratios through strong diagnostic accuracy
Communicate clear repair options to homeowners without a high‑pressure sales approach
Participate reliably in on‑call rotation and respond to after‑hours service needs
Maintain a clean, organized, fully stocked service vehicle
Contribute to productivity, efficiency, and customer satisfaction goals
Preferred Background & Skills
Missouri plumbing license
Experience with boilers or hydronic systems
Familiarity with Housecall Pro or similar dispatch/service software
Experience with water quality systems or drain cleaning services
Proven track record of strong average service tickets and low recall rates
Long‑term tenure with previous employers
Salary: $62,400 - $93,600
