Requirements & Qualifications

  • 8–10 years of experience in product management, marketing, or market research for B2B or B2C consumer products
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred (MBA a plus)
  • Proven experience leading new product development and lifecycle management for technology or durable goods
  • Strong analytical, strategic, and financial modeling abilities
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office applications
  • Experience managing teams and collaborating across departments
  • Ability to travel 5–10% as needed

Preferred Background & Skills

  • Experience with ERP and CRM systems
  • Familiarity with design thinking and end-to-end product development for branded portfolios
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills
  • Data analysis and visualization experience for product and market insight

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

  • Lead the creation and execution of product innovation roadmaps for multiple brands
  • Analyze industry trends, user insights, and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities
  • Guide cross-functional teams and external partners in product design and development
  • Conduct market research, synthesize data, and define business cases for new products
  • Present strategic recommendations and updates to senior leadership and business teams
  • Oversee product lifecycle management, including pricing, launch strategy, and ongoing enhancements
  • Partner with marketing and sales to ensure successful go-to-market execution and support
