Provide exceptional insurance services to policyholders through various communication channels Conduct comprehensive account reviews to explain products and coverages effectively Process transactions while identifying and addressing both stated and unstated policyholder needs Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations while documenting interactions accurately Participate in relevant meetings, training, and project work as assigned What is Required (Qualifications):
Typically, at least 2-4 years of experience in an insurance agency or working for a carrier Prior call center/contact center experience strongly preferred Must secure and maintain appropriate state license(s) and continuing education credits Strong customer service and sales skills with the ability to build business relationships Excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with strong organizational and time management skills How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
