We are looking for a
Regional Sales Manager – Midwest (Chicago)
to lead the continued growth of
VOSS
across the Midwest US. This role will drive strategic market expansion, develop strong distributor partnerships, and ensure best-in-class execution. The ideal candidate brings experience within the
premium non‑alcoholic beverage
industry and understands the dynamics of distributor networks, and has a passion for building brands in competitive markets.
What You’ll Do
Lead regional sales strategy to drive distribution, visibility, and market share for VOSS across the Midwest (Chicago) region.
Build and manage high‑performing partnerships with
distributors, and key retail accounts
to ensure exceptional execution and sustainable growth.
Identify and execute business‑building opportunities across
distribution, pricing, merchandising, promotion, and in‑store presence .
Ensure accurate forecasting and effective management of trade investment to maximize brand performance.
Conduct regular
in‑market visits
to evaluate execution, monitor competitive activity, and uncover new opportunities.
Achieve regional goals for
revenue growth, distribution expansion, and brand visibility .
What We’re Looking For
7–10 years of experience
in the beverage industry, ideally within premium non‑alcoholic brands.
Strong experience working with
distributor networks , particularly within the Midwest US market.
Established relationships with key
distributors, and retail decision makers .
Proven ability to drive
profitable growth and brand expansion
in competitive markets.
Highly organized, self‑driven, and comfortable managing complex regional partnerships.
We are unable to offer relocation for this role.
