Senior Interior Architectural Designer
InForm Design is an award‑winning architectural and interior design firm seeking a talented and driven Interior Designer for a senior role in our Interior Design Studio.
Key Responsibilities
- Assisting in the design and production for schematic, design development, construction documents, construction administration and project management for all projects.
- Coordinating and preparing complete client project documentation and design packages.
- Interface with clients, other business partners, resources and vendors.
- Complete client projects on or under financial and resource budgets.
- Managing and mentoring internal and external resources.
- Participate in industry events and networking, business development and the growth of the firm.
Requirements
- BA degree in Architecture or Interior Design.
- 6 years post graduate experience with at least the last two years in a Senior Designer position, heavily focused on hospitality design.
- Experience and knowledge in production and coordination of construction, detailing, materials, methods and codes.
- FF&E specification deliverables / implementation and available vendor/fabricators.
- Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, SketchUp, MS Office.
Compensation
Stating Base Exempt Salary: $75,000+ Annually
